2.     Peppermint is another herb used all over the world because of its cooling effect. By simply chewing some of the leaves of peppermint, you will be soothed from upset digestive areas. Its oil is an effective management for headaches because of stress. It can be used by herbal teas which are made by boiling peppermint leaves. Drink peppermint tea twice a day to reduce the level of your stress.

3.     Hawthorne berries are originally from Europe and is used all over the world for culinary and medicinal purposes. Its flowers are used primarily for essential oils decoction, infusion and tincture. This shrub also yields fruits which are edible that are used as a flavoring agent in a lot of foods such as syrups, jams and jellies. A lot of herbalists have suggested this fruit to help in reducing stress. The intake of these berries is useful for stress reduction.

4.     Willow bark is used in a form of tea. The tea from willow bark is considered very effective in reducing headaches provided by stress. The intake of these herbs is also useful in reducing migraine which is also caused by stress.

5.     Valerian is a perennial shrub which is flowering used as a medicine also. The roots as well as flowers of these shrubs are used in reducing the stress level. It can be used in the form of oral doses or in tea form. This herb I also used in reducing sleeping orders like insomnia which is again brought by stress.
