Then, simple do the breathing exercises, deep breathing, try to relax your muscles and think about thoughts which are positive and absolutely these symptoms will subside. Here are some of the physical symptoms that stress can give:

1.     Sweating- It caused by mixed anxiety and stress which triggers the brain in producing sweat which usually happens when you feel embarrassed, angry and scared

2.     Shaking or trembling- You might notice your legs and hands shaking, feeling wobbly or rubbery.

3.     Palpitations- This sensation is when your heart beats stronger and faster. This Is the feeling that you typically feel when you are afraid or excited. You may feel your heart pounding quickly and powerfully. Along with palpitations is chest pain but it does not mean that you might be having a heart attack. Remember, it is just stress. So all you have to do is take deep breaths and think about thoughts which are comforting.

4.     Dysphagia or difficulty when swallowing- Are you feeling like you have a lump on your throat? Then you are really on severe stress. You might like there is a lodge on your throat which makes swallowing difficult for you. Again, this is just stress and all you have to do is relax your muscles so that your esophagus will also relax.

5.     Shortness of your breath which makes you feel some discomforts when breathing which is caused by your body reacting to dangers. That is why your muscles become tight and tensed which means that they are ready to fight. This time, your body organs including the brain are deprived from oxygen. You might feel like you are losing your breath or you might notice that you are panting or catching your breath.

6.     Stomach problems- constipation, stomachache, nausea and diarrhea are stress related stomach problems which are very common. If your stress is temporary, these stomach problems will go away once the case is done. Thus, if you are suffering from a chronic stress then these stomach issues are constant.

7.     Hot and cold flashes- Stress may make you feel like you have a fever and then cold after a while.

8.     Migraines and headaches- a lot of people who are experiencing stress suffer from the most common physical problem involved with stress. These two are caused by constricting blood vessels because of oxygen deprivation.

9.     Fatigue- this eventually will lead to mental fatigue. Fears, worries, racing thoughts and nervousness will be loaded on your brain which makes you feel more tired. Sometimes, caffeine rich foods are taken during times when you feel fatigue, thus, caffeine will only make you more stress which results to greater fatigue. The best thing to do is relax and again, think positive.

10.     Dizziness and fainting- this sensation is involved with mental fatigue under stress. The best way of managing these is to relax.
